At Launch Kit, we have a variety of Brand Development offerings. We intend to provide a range of businesses with solutions to meet their unique needs. Here's how we get the ball rolling.

The Discovery Call

It's likely to be our first conversation. We kick things off with a 30-minute Google Meet call to get to know one another. A Launch Kit sales team member will be in attendance. We're looking to understand what line of business you are in, what your goals are, what hurdles you're looking to overcome, and what your initial vision is for the company.

Being in the web design business, we use our website as a guide for the conversation. We'll walk through this Brand Development page together and even review the specifics of each offering.

The Project Agreement

We use a platform called PandaDoc to create a project overview. Based on the discovery call, we will email you the project overview document. Inside, you can expect to find an outline of project steps, a list of deliverables, team members activated, investment amount, and timeline estimate.

We will send you an invite to schedule your kickoff workshop upon signature.

The First Workshop

The first workshop varies based on the Brand Development offering you have selected. Below is a brief intro of what is accomplished in the first workshop.

Brand Design - Brand Core

To begin a Brand Design project, we host our Brand Core workshop. This is a 3-hour session at the Launch Kit office where we cover the following: Introduction, project milestones, the big picture, who you are, why this business, and then begin to work on exploring your purpose/vision. This get-together is an interactive workshop using our virtual whiteboard software, Miro.

Identity System - Identity Exploration

With Identity System, we want to create essential items like your Logo Kit and surrounding identity material. Based on your discovery call, we've included collateral like graphic design items, photos, videos, and a website in the project overview scope of work. By going into this project with the understanding of what collateral will surround the logo, we can create an enhanced identity that works across your unique touch points.

Our first step is the Identity Exploration workshop. This is a 2-hour session at the Launch Kit office where we cover the following: Introduction, project milestones, scope of work, team members, and business details.

Logo Kit - Business Questionnaire

The Logo Kit is the essential items needed to present your business to the world. We cut right to the chase. This is a 2-hour workshop at the Launch Kit office. We listen to your business information, ask questions, and craft a mood board together to understand your vision. The mood board becomes a north star. Your designer is able to use that moodboard to craft logo design concepts over the next 2-3 weeks.

ClickUp Onboarding

An essential part of all three offerings is the onboarding into ClickUp, our project management platform. We use this space for communication, file sharing, and notes. You'll get to set up your own account and have a dedicated workspace for our project. The platform allows us to work collaboratively and all be on the same page. No more getting accidentally left off an email thread.

Once your account is established, you'll be able to use it for any future projects with Launch Kit.

Time We Get To Work

From here, it's time we get to work. Our favorite source of inspiration fuel (coffee) is Madcap on Monroe. Your Launch Kit team will keep you updated with progress via ClickUp. Before you know it, you'll be on your way to turning your vision into a reality.

We hope this was a helpful introduction to beginning brand development projects.
