This can vary based on the scope of the project. Mostly depends on the number of pages we will be building and the complexity of the content being produced. We usually launch sites in 8-12 weeks.

If for any reason you are not happy with your website membership, you are welcome to cancel your plan. We will temporarily take down your website, with the ability to reactivate it again at any time. Think of it like pausing a gym membership where you can rejoin when the time is right.

This is not something we provide. We start all projects from scratch so that we can build you something that is solid from the ground up. We want to make sure the job is done right so that your site can function as an asset for years to come.

If there are components of your current website that you like, just let us know and we'll make sure something that functions similarly.

Businesses grow, teams change. Website members always have the option to buy out their website at any time. For example, a small boutique might grow into a nationwide vendor. If an in-house website designer is hired and the business wishes to still utilize the Launch Kit designed site, they can buy out the website and we will transfer ownership. The business will then become responsible for all hosting, domain, and security. Launch Kit will still be available for support billed at $70/hour.

Nope, we don't mess with your email or file server.

If you don't have a professional email set up we can get you going with a Google Workspace account for $6 a month. This comes with Google Drive storage as well.

To an extent yes. E-Commerce can be added to Business Pro and Enterprise website plans at any time.

We do not develop large-scale applications with complex e-commerce functionality like Hello Fresh or Netflix

We do build cart-based checkout systems. For example, a local shop wants to sell its t-shirts online.

A great magician never reveals his/her secrets. Just kidding, we use Webflow, it's by far the best software we've ever worked with. It allows us to design just about anything we can dream up and it's super reliable.
