If, for any reason, you need to cancel/pause your service, you are welcome to do so at any time. No questions asked. Upon cancellation/pause, your website will become offline. It's not deleted; it can be turned back on at any time by reactivating membership. You own your domain, the website content, the leads generated from the site, and any other data created from the website. Website clients always own their domain (URL), so you are welcome to have someone else build you a website on a different platform.

No. Launch Kit websites are built on our agency platform and cannot be transferred to another provider. If you cancel service, you’ll still have access to your offline site via a private link. This version can be shared with another provider who can rebuild your site elsewhere. All website copy and imagery are yours to keep and reuse.
