In the event of any conflict between this policy and your signed Service Agreement regarding data handling, your signed Service Agreement controls.

Launch Kit ("we," "us," or "our") does not share customer opt in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt in data is kept strictly confidential.

10. The Launch Kit Projects App
Launch Kit Projects is the workspace we use with our team and clients to manage projects and communicate. It is invite-only: accounts are created by Launch Kit, not by signing up in the app.

Information the app collects

Account information: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, job title, company and profile photo.
Content you create: messages, comments, tasks, notes, documents, reactions, and any photos or files you choose to upload.
Activity in the app: what you've read, your notification and follow settings, unsent message drafts, and whether you're online or when you were last active, which other members of your workspace can see.
Device information for notifications: if you allow notifications, a push notification token for your device, plus its name and the app version, so we can deliver notifications to it.
Photos and camera: the app only accesses your photos or camera when you choose to attach a picture to a message, and only the pictures you select.

How we use it: to run the workspace. That means showing your work and conversations to the people you share them with, and sending the notifications and emails you've chosen in your settings. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell it.

Who can see it: your content is visible only to the people in your workspace who have access to the same project, list, task or conversation. Private items are visible only to the people invited to them.

Service providers: the app's data is stored and processed by our infrastructure providers:

our database, sign-in and file storage provider (Supabase)
our hosting provider
our email delivery provider
Expo and Apple, which deliver push notifications
They process data only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it: we keep your account and content while your account is active. If your account is closed, we delete your personal information within 90 days.

Deleting your account: to delete your account and personal information, email social@launchkitdesign.com from the address on your account. Messages and files you shared in conversations with others may remain visible to them, without your name.

Notifications: you can turn push notifications off at any time, in the app under Account → Notifications or in your iPhone's Settings.
