Client Background

Locale Apartments in Allendale, Michigan, is a student housing complex for GVSU students. The complex was formally known as Evolve and went through a rebrand in 2019. Locale's refreshed complex has a beautiful clubhouse, pool area, beach volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a private gym. Their amenities and location make it an excellent choice for GVSU Students.

Scope of Work

With Locale's rebrand, including a new website and online presence. The team at Locale was looking for a complex overview video that showcased their updated amenities and apartments. The video was to be used on various digital platforms.

The Results

Launch Kit came on board and created an overview video that focused on the lifestyle of living at Locale as a GVSU student. We captured the residents' daily activity of enjoying the amenities and did a walkthrough of an apartment setup.

The video was a great success and now lives on the home page of Locale's website! Check it out!
