From golf courses to playgrounds, walkways to downtown tree surrounds, odds are we have all come across Porous Pave.
You know how every town has those local legend brands? The ones that are low-key everywhere around town. That's Porous Pave. Until 2022, they'd been flying under the radar, building a sustainable company that has already begun to pass from one generation to the next.
If you're downtown, look out your window. Do you see any trees on the sidewalk? What's at the base of them? If it's a rubberized looking, asphalt looking material that's held neatly in place, that's Porous Pave. It's a permeable pavement product that the Ouwinga family has perfected over the years. The applications have turned out to be endless. We're not kidding.

Launch Kit first connected with Porous Pave in 2022. Connor Ouwinga came across my content on TikTok. A few DMs back and forth and a website was in motion.
While the Porous Pave team had no shortage of cool projects, high quality photo and video content was minimal (like many businesses we talk to). So we started with a simple photoshoot of the team installing their product at Grand Valley State University's golf course, The Meadows.
This photo material served as an initial base of content to be used on their website. We quickly followed that up with another photo and video shoot at ___ in ___, Michigan. This time, adding video into the mix opened up what was to come.
With a quality website in place, it posed the natural question of "what's next?"
