GRMI Logistics is an expedited freight shipping provider. Their impact is nationwide, with offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Laredo, Texas. The team at GRMI places significant importance on company culture, ensuring their logistics coordinators and drivers are right at home. A visit to their Drive For Us page on the website shows that they do things a bit differently. Drivers receive a guaranteed weekly salary, two days off every five days on the road, health insurance, 401(k), and even access to new Volvo VNL 860s and 760s trucks.

Founded in 2011, Amir Babic has done an honorable job building a company that values integrity and consistency. Launch Kit is humbled to be associated with the GRMI team.

Scope of Work

GRMI Logistics joined the Launch Kit Content + SMM program in December of 2022. Their marketing plan included three monthly production days, videos posted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and photos posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This consistent schedule keeps their pages outfitted with fresh content at all times.

Results

As a nationwide company with team members across the United States, their social media platforms have become a community hub for members and families to connect.

We've achieved this by creating photo and video material that highlights company culture at the office, interviewing truck drivers, and featuring team members weekly on their pages.

In November of 2023, a new logistics coordinator joined the team, and during her interview process, she mentioned that she had seen GRMI's culture on social media, and that's how she knew GRMI was the right company for her.
