Introduction

One of the best parts of our business, Launch Kit, is the opportunity to form relationships with budding entrepreneurs who are passionate about building their businesses and sharing their stories.

In 2024, Launch Kit was introduced to Sean Miklosi and Austin Carter from Go To Cleaning Services. Sean and Austin were seniors at Grand Valley State University at the time, and they had recently formed their exterior washing business, Go To Cleaning, in Grand Rapids.

From our first meeting with Sean and Austin, we could tell these two were excited about building their business the right way and using marketing as a way to document their journey. We got started by working on their website.

Launch Kit had worked with Go To Cleaning Services to design, develop, and maintain their company website. For Go To Cleaning, the website is a space to educate potential customers about their three core services - power washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning.

We also use the site to introduce Austin and Sean, the owner-operator team behind the business. Go To Cleaning Services' 5-star reviews are a big selling point. The team has done a great job of performing high-quality work and going the extra step to invite customers to share feedback via Google Reviews.

We want to use this space to compliment and highlight the great work Austin and Sean have done, making all the right moves. Like we mentioned above, they do great quality work, provide a personable experience, and then they remember to keep the marketing machine going.

1. Capturing Google reviews. Over 35 5-star reviews on their profile.
2. Providing updated content for the website project portfolio.
3. Posting regularly on social media, showing behind-the-scenes of their projects.
