Launch Kit partnered with Nicolas Figari to develop the brand for his new investment firm, Nightrose Capital. From brand naming to logo design, we delivered a complete brand.
Nicolas Figari is an entrepreneur and investor based in New York City. Launch Kit has worked with Nicolas a handful of times on projects within his portfolio. We enjoy teaming up with Nic because of his consistent pursuit of innovation and excellence.
This time around, Nic called up Launch Kit, looking to develop the branding for his new investment firm. We said - "Sounds fun, let's get to work."
Launch Kit Designer Michael Bova sat down with Nicolas Figari to map out the road ahead for the brand development of this new business. At this point, we were referred to it as a "new business" because we didn't even have a name yet. We decided to include the following items.
What We Included - Logo Kit
To get the ball rolling, we started with Launch Kit's brand naming workshops to explore possible names that align with Nic's vision and values. After two two-hour workshops, we had a list of qualified names. Nic took a day or so to sleep on it and select the name.
We all agreed that Nightrose Capital was a home run.
With a name in place, we went to the drawing board to begin exploring what this brand is going to look like. The following stylescape was created to align our visions.
With our visions aligned, it was time for the logo design phase. Michael had more than a few cups of coffee and explored countless concepts. As a group, we were drawn to this mark that resembled rose petals, a gear turning, and a feeling of being connected. These subliminal components were all in line with Nic's vision and values. We knew we had a winner.
With a name, a logo, and a color palette in place, it was time to package it all up into Launch Kit's signature brand kit - all the necessary file types for both digital and print use.
Launch Kit is proud to have worked with Nicolas Figari on this project, as we appreciated Nic's willingness to give us a seat at the table from the very beginning. As a result, we were able to work as one team and create a Logo Kit that we're all excited about.
We continued our work with Nic by starting a website project to bring his new Logo Kit elements to life. The site is now live and functioning as a lead generation source for Nightrose Capital. Mackenzie, from Launch Kit's web team, works with Nic on an ongoing basis to make updates to the website, continue building new pages, and work on search engine optimization.
