Every great small business has a story worth telling. For Rolando and Ruben Ramos of R&R Mechanical, that story began in a backyard shed in Grand Rapids. What started as a dream has grown into a business that creates jobs, supports local families, and delivers comfort to homes across West Michigan.
At its core, R&R Mechanical is about more than heating and cooling. They bring comfort and peace of mind to the place we all value most: home. That mission made them a perfect fit for Launch Kit. When R&R wanted to capture their brand through professional photography and video production, our team stepped in to bring their story to life.
In July 2025, the Launch Kit team partnered with R&R Mechanical to produce a full company overview project. Our goal was to create high quality content that not only showcased their services but also highlighted the people and values behind the company.
Scope of Work:
To make this vision a reality, Launch Kit Videographer Reagan Berce led A-camera operation and creative direction. Partnering with Launch Kit Videographer Daniel Bremmer, the team set up a two-camera interview scene with professional audio for crisp, engaging storytelling.
At the job site location, Reagan and Daniel captured candid action shots of the R&R crew in the field. This footage became the perfect b-roll to weave into the interviews, creating a dynamic company overview video that feels authentic, personal, and professional.
The final project was more than just video production. It was a story. The R&R team showed up as their true selves, sharing their journey with heart and humility. The finished videos and photos now give them a timeless brand asset - something they can use to connect with customers today and something they can proudly show future generations.
