Launch Kit connected with Nancy through the Spartan Innovation Center, a business development hub in Grand Rapids that supports healthcare-based startups in west Michigan.
Nancy had done what many small business owners do. Built her first version of the website herself. But as her business took shape and its impact grew across west Michigan, it was time to refine the site, sync it with her evolving business, and keep it polished as Trueline continues to develop.
When Trueline Health came to Launch Kit, their primary objective was to create a website that clearly communicates their unique healthcare model. As a cutting-edge provider, their approach was different, and our job was to educate their audience on the why, how, and what behind Trueline.
We kicked off with an in-person workshop with Nancy to dive deep into the business. As web designers and copywriters, we bridge the gap between business understanding and authentic, educational website copy. That process can be one of the most complex parts of our work. We’re grateful Nancy was thorough, patient, and constructive, helping us translate critical business insights into compelling site content.
Launch Kit Web Designer Austin Johnson built the new Trueline Health site in Webflow. We used ClickUp for all communication and project tracking. Google Analytics was integrated for backend reporting. We started the website build in January 2025 and launched the live site in spring 2025.
Trueline Health is a growing business in west Michigan, and Launch Kit continues as their website partner. We function as an extension of their team. When Trueline has a new update, whether it’s a service expansion, resource, or event, they message us, and we jump into action to update the website accordingly. Success means keeping their online presence aligned with the evolving business.
