The Pin Shoot is a competitive shooting tournament in Central Lake, Michigan. It's a family tradition that dates back to the '80s when Richard Davis, the inventor of concealable body armor, began the competition. Forty years later, competitors from all over the country travel to Central Lake to compete on the best stage.
Launch Kit had the opportunity to build The Pin Shoot, a new website that allows them to provide competitors with event information, online registration, and results.
The Pin Shoot website turned out to be one of our favorite website projects, primarily because we spent two days on-site capturing photo and video content. We were able to use the images across the site and put together an official After Movie that captures the event's heritage.
