That’s the one-paragraph summary of our work with TEC Communications, an IT services provider based in Cleveland, Ohio. Let’s break it down.
Our relationship with TEC Communications started with a connection made through the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. Launch Kit’s Marketing Director, Kevin Kamis, attended his new monthly CEO Roundtable event and met Ben Myslenski, the new owner of TEC Communications. Ben brought great energy and a clear vision for taking TEC to new heights.
TEC Communications has been serving businesses across the United States for over 45 years, building hundreds of strong relationships along the way. Their core services include IT hardware, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
Our first mission with TEC was to build their website from the ground up. This was an opportunity to present relevant, up-to-date information that communicates TEC’s unique capabilities to potential clients.
Launch Kit Web Designer, Austin Johnson, took the lead in building a site map that clearly outlines TEC’s service lines, making sure that visitors quickly understand their offerings. We made it a priority to highlight TEC’s Managed IT Services program — a major area of growth opportunity for the business.
Equally important was setting TEC up for long-term success. We onboarded their team into their own ClickUp task with direct seats into Launch Kit’s communication system. This setup makes messaging us simple, keeps all project conversations organized, and creates clarity around tasks and action items.
We’ve had a great time building a partnership with Ben Myslenski and the TEC Communications team. With the new website live, our priorities have shifted to continuously adding depth through new articles, resources, and event promotions — helping further establish TEC as a leader in IT services in Cleveland and beyond.
