The Website Build
Tommy already had hundreds of real estate media projects under his belt. So we started by listening. Once we had everything we needed, Tommy dropped a well-organized Google Drive packed with beautiful photos and videos, and we got to work.
Our first milestone was building out the core pages of the site: services, pricing, team, and a few resource pages that would serve as the foundation. These pages were built to convert, while giving potential clients a crystal-clear picture of what MadLocal offers.
Once the site was live, we shifted our focus to building a long-term SEO strategy using blog and portfolio content. Every time MadLocal finishes a shoot they want to showcase, they send us a rough write-up with project details like neighborhood, services provided, and any standout features. Then we take those notes and build them into a polished, optimized case study that lives on their site.
