Franca's Pizzeria in east-town. Franca's is a fast-casual, take-out pizza destination founded by Dan and David Uccello. The name Franca's pays tribute to Dan and Davide's mother, Franca who brought the family here from their hometown of Sicily, Italy.

Scope of Work

Launch Kit came on board to design Franca's brand identity for the new restaurant in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Uccello brothers are seasoned veterans in the Italian food business around town so it was fun for Launch Kit to create an identity that reflects that vision.

The branding will be utilized across their east town location, online, and in all future Franca's locations.

The Results

Launch Kit delivered a brand identity system that is composed of three lockups, a primary, secondary, and condensed. This ensures Franca's is able to present that brand in a wide variety of use cases.

Franca's color palette includes three primary colors that feel fresh, nimble, and welcoming.
