Today I want to bring you behind the scenes of how Launch Kit partnered with local entrepreneurs Ryan Pisciotta and Laurel Romanella to build a professional website for their business RL Growth, Certified Outgrow Advisors.
To understand this story, you first need to meet Ryan. He’s a driven entrepreneur from Grand Rapids, Michigan who started his first business while still in high school. Fueled by his passion for snowboarding, Ryan founded Gallery Snowboards, a company creating custom boards.
Snowboarding is important to this story because it’s actually where Ryan and I first crossed paths. My first job in high school was at Cannonsburg Ski Area on the Park Crew, building jumps, setting rails, and eventually taking photos. Ryan was one of my favorite riders to shoot with.
Fast forward, and Ryan went on to start a woodworking business before falling in love with helping organizations grow by optimizing their sales process. That passion led him to connect with Alex Goldfayn.
Alex Goldfayn is a nationally acclaimed sales expert, author, and speaker who developed the Outgrow program. Through an intensive certification process, entrepreneurs like Ryan and Laurel can become Certified Outgrow Advisors. Their role is simple but powerful: help businesses grow sales by 15%–30% annually using Outgrow’s proven system.
Once Ryan and Laurel completed their Outgrow certification and became two of the first certified Outgrow Advisors in Michigan, they needed a professional online presence to introduce themselves to prospective clients.

That meant their website needed to act as a digital home base, giving prospective clients a clear, professional introduction to Outgrow and the services offered through RL Growth Michigan.
Imagine this scenario: Someone at a local Chamber of Commerce event hears about Outgrow and how effective it has been for another business. Naturally, they head home, Google it, and land on RL Growth Michigan’s website. That first impression matters. Their site needed to educate, build trust, and convert interest into leads.
Launch Kit web designer Mackenzie Broekstra worked directly with Ryan to create a custom site structure filled with authentic content. That provided the framework for the website. From there, Mackenzie continues to collaborate with Ryan to add blog articles, giving the site more depth, credibility, and authority in search results.
We also deployed strategic lead magnets, like “The Outgrow Guide to Unlocking a 66% Return Communication Rate,” offered as a free PDF in exchange for an email address. Lead magnets like this help RL Growth Michigan build their email list, nurture relationships, and make offers when prospects are ready to buy.

As Mackenzie built the site, Launch Kit videographer Reagan Berce and I joined Ryan at a Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce event where he was speaking. We captured authentic photography and video of Ryan in action, which gave us powerful assets to work with.
These visuals were immediately valuable in multiple ways. Mackenzie used them to make the website feel more authentic and human. Ryan and Laurel also had professional content ready to share across social media, presentations, and email campaigns.
