Launch Kit provided professional event photography and videography for the EOS Client Appreciation Event in West Michigan. See how we captured key moments with photo/video.

If you live in West Michigan and are involved in the business community, you’ve likely heard the three letters EOS mentioned a few times. For those not yet familiar, I’m honored to introduce you here today because I believe EOS can be a game-changer for your business.
EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a business management system designed to help entrepreneurs create structure, clarity, and momentum in their companies. It provides a proven framework, common language, and essential tools to help business owners scale effectively and gain traction.
Small businesses like yours and mine can dive into EOS concepts by reading books like Traction, Rocket Fuel, and What the Heck is EOS?. But to get the most out of EOS—and take your business to the next level—you can work with a certified EOS Implementer to formally integrate the system into your operations.
That brings us to today: the EOS Client Appreciation Event for West Michigan EOS Implementers, clients, and business leaders. Launch Kit was hired by EOS Implementer Laurel Romanella to capture professional event photography and videography, documenting the day’s key moments.
Launch Kit was brought on for event coverage, including:
A major challenge for this type of project is real-time storytelling—we had to be fully present and ready to capture key moments as they happened. Unlike a staged shoot, there were no do-overs.
To ensure we captured the event effectively, Noah and I met with Laurel Romanella ahead of time for a pre-production planning call. This gave her the opportunity to share her top priorities, so we could align our coverage with her vision. Our on-site approach was strategic and streamlined:
By having clearly defined roles, we were able to stay laser-focused on capturing high-impact moments.
For this shoot, we relied on high-end professional cameras to ensure quality and flexibility:
One of the standout moments of the day was the keynote speech by Alex Goldfayn, a nationally recognized sales consultant and speaker. Just minutes before taking the stage, Alex approached Noah and me with a request:
While this wasn’t in the original scope, we love being flexible when opportunities arise.
This moment led to a great new connection, and we’ve since worked with Alex Goldfayn on additional projects!
The editing process for this project was efficient and streamlined. Our deliverables included:
Editing Process:
We delivered all media assets to the EOS team within weeks of the event, neatly organized in Google Drive for easy access. The EOS team is now using this content across multiple marketing channels, including:
Laurel also plans to share these files directly with attendees, giving them high-quality, professional event photos—because who doesn’t love getting dressed up for an event, having a great time, and then receiving professional photos afterward? It’s a win-win.
We had an amazing time collaborating with the EOS community. Over the years, Laurel Romanella has been a phenomenal partner to work with, and we look forward to future projects that tell the stories of West Michigan’s thriving business community.
